Mold Remediation Index is a public directory and comparison resource. This page explains the lightweight launch privacy posture while analytics and claim workflows are still early.
Information on public pages
Business listing pages may show public business details such as name, city, state, phone number, website, services, service-area wording, ratings, and public review summaries.
Visitor activity
The launch build measures first-party site activity such as provider profile views, city/search impressions, outbound website clicks, phone clicks, comparison actions, quote-review interest, and claim interest. Events use a site visitor ID and session ID so aggregate reports can show which listings and locations receive real demand.
The site does not add third-party analytics scripts in this launch build. When a first-party analytics endpoint is configured, queued events are sent to that endpoint for reporting.
