Who operates this site

Mold Remediation Index is operated by FJSOne Ltd, a Cyprus-registered company.

Information shown in public listings

Business profile pages may display public or business-related information such as business name, city, state, phone number, website, services, service-area wording, ratings, public review summaries, and notes derived from public directory research.

If you own or manage a listed business and believe a listing is incorrect, email updates@moldremediationindex.com with the page URL, the requested correction, and a source that supports the update.

Information we collect from visitors

When you use the site, we collect first-party usage events to understand which pages, guides, searches, provider profiles, comparison actions, phone clicks, website handoff clicks, claim clicks, and quote-review paths are being used.

These events may include page URL, referrer, landing page, UTM parameters, a locally generated visitor ID and session ID, approximate request geography supplied by Cloudflare when available, user-agent family, service filters, provider slug, and a hashed IP signal used for analytics integrity and abuse prevention.

We use browser storage such as localStorage and sessionStorage for visitor/session IDs, landing-page context, comparison selections, and queued analytics events. The site does not use third-party analytics scripts in the current launch build.

Information you send to us

If you email us, request a correction, claim or update a listing, or ask for help, we may receive your name, email address, role or relationship to a business, message content, and any documents or links you choose to provide.

A quote-review request may also include location, project stage, quoted amount range, a provider shortlist, and the quote concern you describe. Do not include medical information, insurance documents, legal-dispute material, or other sensitive documents.

How we use information

• Operate, secure, debug, and improve the directory.
• Understand search demand, guide journeys, and provider interest.
• Respond to privacy, support, correction, and listing-update requests.
• Review provider-supplied information before changing public listings.
• Detect abuse, duplicate events, spam, or technical failures.

Sharing and third parties

We do not sell personal information. We may use service providers such as hosting, database, email, security, and analytics infrastructure to run the site. Those providers process information so the site and our support workflows can operate.

We do not send a quote-review request to a listed company merely because you name it. If an approved provider is explicitly named in a separate consent option and you choose that option, we may share only the fields listed there with that provider so it can contact you. Consent is optional, applies only to the named provider, and may be withdrawn before routing by replying to our confirmation email.

Provider website buttons and outbound links take you to third-party websites. Their privacy practices are their own, not ours.

Your choices and rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal information that relates to you by emailing privacy@moldremediationindex.com. We may need enough information to verify and process the request.

Depending on where you live, you may have privacy rights under laws such as GDPR, UK GDPR, California privacy laws, or other local laws. We will handle requests in line with applicable requirements.

Children, retention, and changes

This site is intended for adults looking for directory information. It is not directed to children.

We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes above, including support, correction records, analytics reporting, security, and legal compliance. We may update this policy as the site, analytics, claim workflow, or monetization model changes.
